Her work has been featured at renowned institutions, including the Royal Shakespeare Company (The Tempest), National Theatre (Dixon and Daughters), Royal Opera House (Theodora and Lucretia), The Old Vic and Leeds Playhouse (Jitney), and Shakespeare’s Globe (Hansel and Gretel). Her expertise in choreography spans contemporary, commercial, jazz, cabaret, and Brazilian Zouk partner dance, allowing her to tailor movement to the specific needs of each production or client.

As a movement director, Sarita is passionate about storytelling through physicality, guiding performers to embody their roles with authenticity and emotional depth. She specialises in translating narrative and character psychology into movement, ensuring that every gesture enhances the story. With a background in yoga and breathwork, she also brings a holistic approach where beneficial, particularly in productions that explore complex emotional themes.

Beyond her creative work, Sarita is dedicated to education and mentorship. Since 2019, she has been a regular associate tutor in dance, choreography, and movement at Guildford School of Acting (University of Surrey). She is also the founder of Surrey Dance Network (previously SDN), a hub dedicated to connecting the regional dance community, fostering artistic exchange and artistic development.

A dynamic and innovative leader, Sarita continues to push the boundaries of choreography and movement direction, creating powerful and transformative experiences across a variety of artistic platforms.
